| Each authentic IKOO is backed by a 10 years limited warranty on
the chassis, with 6 months on labor and parts (extended warranty
available) from the date of original purchase. Any defective parts
that are due to improper material or workmanship within the limited
warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with new or
reconditioned parts), without costs to the owner.
This limited
warranty does not cover shipping, loss of use, normal wear and tear, damages or failure
resulted from abuse, accidents, collisions and improper usage and/or maintenance
of product. This limited warranty constitutes the entire liability and shall
in no event include any liability for indirect or consequential
damages.
This is a consumer warranty and does not apply to usage in
commercial or rental applications |
